This page tells future ApeScape wiki editors which source wins for each topic before they update copy.
APE-2799 is the plan of record for the first publish wave. APE-2802 is an execution tracker only and must stay subordinate to the 13-page APE-2799 set.
Use this precedence order unless a page explicitly says otherwise:
If two primary sources conflict, do not merge them. Mark the page Needs source decision and open a follow-up note that names both sources.
The APE-2802 tracker was originally created from an older starter matrix. Editors should verify page coverage against APE-2799 first, then use APE-2802 only after the tracker rows match that 13-page plan.
